Row sprints 10 x 200 with 2:00 RI

WEDNESDAY’S WORKOUT
Row 500 meters
DROM
Front Squat 3 x 5 @ 45/55/70
DB row 3 x 10 @ 52.5
Ab wheel 3 x 10
Bench Dips 3 x 5
Decide to put in bench dips instead of bar dips because the bar version is really hard on my shoulders.
