Slant sit ups 5 x 10

FRIDAY'S WORKOUT
Row 500 meters
DROM
Press 5 @ 45/5 @ 55/5 @ 65
Pull ups 3 x 2/1 @ 30/1 @ 32.5/1 @ 35
I am doing the weighted reps with a hold at the top for as long as I can usually 5-10 seconds
Reverse hyper
Blew off squats and 1 set of the RH because I felt like it.
