DROM
Squat 5 @ 70/5 @ 90/5 @ 105
Press 5 @ 45/5 @ 45/5 @ 55
Pull ups 3 x 5
Reverse hyper 3 x 5
Bike sprints 6 x :30on/:60 off
Fell apart on these. I had planned to do 10 but only made it to 6. A "P" day if there ever was one.
