Old and Young

Appears as though everyone is stiff and sore these days regardless of their age.  I guess if you put your heart into working out being stiff and sore just comes with it.

Push ups 3 x 10
Floor Wipers 3 x 5 @ 100

Row workout: 2K Row 7:54.9
Avg pace 1:58.7 Avg SR 25
